As Veterans Day approaches, we want to honor and thank those who have served our country. On November 7th, the Bonner Springs High School Diversity Ambassadors will be hosting a special Veterans Day Breakfast for all family members who are veterans. We invite them to join us for a continental breakfast in the cafeteria from 8:15 to 8:40 am. DRE PreK and Kindergarten students had a wonderful time on their field trip to the pumpkin patch. They enjoyed a hayride, ziplining, a picnic lunch, and- of course- getting their very own pumpkin!

Our DRE Run Club participated in their final race this season. They did a great job!
REMINDER: There will be no school for all students Wednesday, October 16th - Friday, October 18th for Parent-Teacher Conferences and staff professional development. We will begin the second quarter when all students return on Monday, October 21st!

Miss Hoefler’s kindergarten class at Delaware Ridge Elementary has been learning all about weather and shadows! After crafting their own unique shapes, they spent time outside to watch their creations come to life as playful shadows in the sunshine.
